I recently got called to the Young Women's presidency in our ward. I was asked to make a Valentines treat for the girls, while they make Valentines projects.
I thought "What's more Valentines then chocolate truffles??!"
SO I MADE SOME!
HOW FUN IS THAT?
Some were chocolate and some were vanilla with nuts.
I liked the vanilla with nuts better. The chocolate was just too rich.
Trying new recipes in my "new thing"
I recently made whole grain chocolate chip cookies with nuts. OH MY GOSH!!! YUMMMMMMMMMMY!
Elizabeth's "new thing" is sleeping in odd places :)
Everynight I go in to check on her and this is what I'm finding as of late:

We are having fun in life! Lots of learning and growing experiences for us all! Elizabeth has added another school day to her week, so she now goes Wednesdays and Saturdays. Mom is BUSY with the Young Women program at church, but finding so much joy :) Jake is still loving work and contiualy learning and growing there. He's ALWAYS on and off of conference calls :)

I am so glad to see that you up dated. I love seeing what you guys are up to. That is funny that E falls asleep in the strangest place and positions ha ha. Tell her happy late birthday from us. Her party looked like so much fun! Addie will be 3 in less than 3 weeks and I can't believe it! I can't decided if we should do a friends party this year or wait for next year. Well keep up the blog I hope all is going well for you guys.
Libby I found your blog! (It's Annette Hansen, here!) Your little girl is so amzaingly adorable/pretty/cute/gorgeous and she looks so much like you!! Your dog is cute and I know YW is a lot of work but I'm so jealous! I've served everywhere but there and want to so bad!
Sleeping kids are so fun! Especially when found in odd places and positions! She'll love those pictures some day. And my kids would love to have a tent like that. Well, they did once and we took it away. It turned them into crazy lunatics. :)
And could you please come by my house and make me some chocolate truffles? Yum!!
